Here we go. One day two teenagers are sitting in their house watching television when their house gets raided by a group of cops. The head-cops name is Inspector Abbott. They get put in the cop car but they bust out and run into nearby woods. While running away one of them get's shot. They find a pot plant growing and start smoking it. A crazy old man pops out of a bush, bitches at them for smoking his shit, and then points out to them that they are glowing green. The crazy old man explains to them that he once glowed like they did after he had run back into the same woods a great number of years ago. He too was also being chased by Abbott's cops. He teaches the teens about the power they now possess; the power to shoot a glowing green beam from their hands and the power to self-heal over a short period of time. He teaches them how to use this powerful technique, gives them their names (Bongman and Spliff), and asks them if they would like to help him overthrow Inspector Abbott. They agree and the story begin's. Now that was simple wasn't it. But, That's not all. It's not just two kids who shoot shit at a bad guy all the time. There's a ton of humor that as we were told is kind of like a mix between Beavis and Butthead, The Simpsons, and a fine tuned blend of stupidity on the charcters part.
